Provides funding to Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) to implement fully-functioning Electronic Health Record systems. This grant is not for planning purposes, but will help a network of three or more community providers implement an HIT infrastructure. The grantee will go through four stages: final planning, testing, infrastructure building, and roll-out.
Eligible applicants are limited to Section 330 grantees from one of the following categories:
