The purpose of the Telehealth Resource Center Grant Program (TRCGP) is to support the establishment and development of Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs) that will provide technical assistance to health care organizations, health care networks, and health care providers in the implementation of cost-effective telehealth programs to serve rural and medically underserved areas and populations.

Two Regional TRCs will be supported with this cycle to provide services in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington, DC, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania


Only nonprofit entities, including faith-based, community-based, and tribal nonprofit organizations, are eligible to apply.

Amount of

Total Funding Available: $650,000 annually
Award Ceiling: $325,000 annually
