| Purpose | The purpose of the Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCN) funding opportunity is to advance the adoption and meaningful use of Health Information Technology (HIT) in health centers. Funding is also available to support quality improvement strategies designed to improve clinical and operational quality, reduce health disparities, improve population health through HIT, and achieve Patient Centered Medical Home recognition. |
