This funding aims to establish a training and technical assistance provider for law enforcement agencies regarding children’s exposure to violence. This provider will develop and disseminate tools and resources targeted toward law enforcement officers, their multidisciplinary team members, and their community partners who are often the first responders to incidents of children who have been exposed to violence.


Eligible applicants include:

  • States
  • Units of local government
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • For-profit organizations that agree to forgo any profit or management fee
  • Institutions of higher educations
