| Purpose |
Funds to assist not-for-profit institutions and providers of breast cancer care to maintain the continuum of services to breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and/or Rita. Funding is designed to assist breast cancer care providers with patient treatment needs, including pharmaceutical and medical supplies; transportation of patients to and from treatment; child care for patients undergoing treatment and patient navigation services. |
| Eligibility |
Only not-for-profit institutions and providers addressing the breast health needs of those impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and/or Rita (irrespective of patient's or provider's current location) are eligible for this funding assistance. |

Applications will be reviewed as quickly as possible. Awards will be made until all available disaster funds are distributed. |
