| Purpose |
Supports community-focused charities that serve the overlooked needs of women, children, and families in the United States and Puerto Rico. |
| Eligibility |
Funding will be considered for tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charities that have been incorporated for at least three years and have total organizational budgets of $3 million or less. Preference will be given to organizations with an operating budget of $3 million or less, those not dependent upon government grants, and those with greater organizational program costs than personnel costs. |
