| Purpose |
A new program which will support more affordable single-family home construction in Kansas.
Home loan guarantees from USDA Rural Development will allow JPMorgan Chase Bank to
offer 30-year fixed rate construction loans that finance 100% of the cost of building a new
single-family home in Agency-eligible areas. Eligible loan financing can include the building lot
and the construction costs, along with the loan closing costs and interest payments while the
house is being built. |
