| Purpose |
The Utah Cancer Control Program (UCCP) provides free breast and cervical cancer screening to Utah women ages 40 – 64 that live in households with an income of up to 250 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Screening services include:
clinical breast exams
mammograms
Pap tests
pelvic exams
education on breast self-exam (BSE)
yearly screening reminders
follow-up diagnostic services.
In addition to screening services, the State of Utah provides full Medicaid benefits to all eligible Utah women diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer (including precancerous conditions) through the 2000 Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act (BCCPTA). |

A women is eligible for Utah Cancer Control Program Services if she:
Aged 50- 64
