| Purpose |
The Foundation for Rural Education and Development (FRED) created
the Ethyl Grant Program to help provide funding for rural communities
and schools. The program provides matching grants ranging from
$500-$2,500 to OPASTCO member telephone companies that are
involved with projects aimed at bettering their schools and communities.

Application
process |
The application is available on the Program web site. Only one application per company may be submitted every 6 months. |
