Purpose Award to recognize inspirational leaders in the field of palliative and end-of-life care within Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah. Recipients are organizations or individuals with accomplishments in this area and the passion to make a positive difference in unexpected ways.
Eligibility The nomination process is open to all within Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah, and self-nominations are allowed. A recipient that’s a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization will receive the cash grant directly; individuals will need to designate a related nonprofit organization to receive the cash grant.

Recipients receive a $50,000 grant from The Regence Foundation, which is intended to symbolize an investment in the recipient’s future contributions in the area of palliative and end-of-life care.
