| Purpose |
The Shelter Plus Care Program provides rental assistance to homeless persons with disabilities (primarily persons who are seriously mentally ill; have chronic problems with alcohol, drugs, or both, or have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and related diseases) and their families. |
