Grant to improve access to integrated and coordinated treatment and recovery services for substance use disorder, including opioid use disorder, for people living in rural areas.

Rural Health Research Center Program
Cooperative agreement to increase the amount of high quality, impartial, policy-relevant research to assist providers and decision-makers in better understanding problems faced by rural communities, and provide information that will improve access to quality, affordable healthcare services.

Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program
Grants to support healthcare organizations in providing medical screenings to qualifying individuals for cancer and other radiogenic diseases; creating education programs and sharing public information on radiogenic diseases; providing referrals and follow-up services for medical treatment; and facilitating documentation of Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) claims.

Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program Inactive
Grants to state designated entities to assist Critical Access Hospitals with quality and performance activities, including: stabilizing rural hospital finance; integrating emergency medical services (EMS) into their healthcare systems; incorporating population health; and fostering innovative models of healthcare.

Rural Residency Planning and Development Program Inactive
