Planning Grants (Health Center)
The purpose of planning grants is to demonstrate the need for health services in the community from public or non-profit organizations seeking a grant to plan for the development of a comprehensive primary care health center.

Recovery Act Increased Demand for Services Grant
Grants to support new sites and service areas, increase services at existing sites, and provide supplemental payments for spikes in uninsured populations to health centers.

Rural Health Care Services Outreach Grant Program
The emphasis of this grant program is on health care service delivery through creative strategies requiring the grantee to form a consortium with at least two additional partners.

Rural Health Network Development Grant Program (RHND)
This grant program is designed to support organizations that wish to further ongoing collaborative relationships among health care organizations to integrate systems of care administratively, clinically, financially, and technologically.
