Local Initiative Funding Partners Program 2009-2010
Funding for promising, original projects that can significantly improve the health of vulnerable people in their communities.
Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers Program
Funding to provide grants for vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities who are migrant and seasonal farmworkers and to the family members who are residing with those individuals.
Planning Grants (Health Center)
The purpose of planning grants is to demonstrate the need for health services in the community from public or non-profit organizations seeking a grant to plan for the development of a comprehensive primary care health center.
Recovery Act Increased Demand for Services Grant
Grants to support new sites and service areas, increase services at existing sites, and provide supplemental payments for spikes in uninsured populations to health centers.
Service Expansion for Enabling Services for Special Populations
Funding to support supplemental awards for Enabling Services grant awards in FY 2009.
