Funding to improve the HIV/AIDS health outcomes of high risk minority youth by supporting community-based efforts to increase HIV/AIDS prevention/education efforts, testing, counseling and referrals.

2009 Request for Applications for the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Support Services for Women Partners of Incarcerated/Recently Released Men
Grants to establish a gender-specific, peer led HIV prevention education project for women intimate partners of incarcerated/recently released males.

Funding to organizations funded under Part A-D of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment and Modernization Act of 2006 to promote the development of standard electronic client information data.

Funding to promote the development of standard electronic client information data systems to improve the ability of grantees to report client level data to the Department of Health and Human Services(DHHS).

Collaborative Technical Assistance and Capacity Development Demonstration Grant Program for the Coordination and Delivery of a Continuum of HIV/AIDS-Related Services in Minority Communities (CTA/CD) Program
Funding to develop and improve the coordination and continuum of comprehensive HIV prevention, treatment and supportive services provided by organizations closely interfaced with targeted minority populations impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Community Development Technical Assistance Program: Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program
Grants to local communities, States, and nonprofit organizations for projects that benefit low income persons medically diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Enhancing Access to Quality HIV Care for Women of Color 1) Demonstrations Sites and 2) Evaluation and Technical Assisance Center
This award will support organizations funded under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment and Modernization Act of 2006 to implement and evaluate focused interventions designed to improve women of color's timely entry into HIV primary care following diagnosis.

Equal Access Initiative (EAI) Computer Grants Program
Grant program for minority, faith, and community-based organizations delivering HIV/AIDS services in underserved communities to receive state-of-the-art desktop computers and trainings.

FY09 In Community Spirit - Prevention of HIV/AIDS for Native/American Indian and Alaska Native Women Living in Rural1 and Frontier Indian Country Program
Funding to increase HIV prevention knowledge and reduce the risk of contracting HIV among Native/American Indian and Alaska Native women living in Indian Country.

HIV Emergency Relief Project Grants Part A: Eligible Metropolitan Areas/Transitional Grant Areas Competing Continuation Awards
Grants to fund systems of community-base care composed of approximately 25 categories of medical and other health and social support services for individuals with HIV/AIDS in Eligible Metropolitan Areas.

HIV/AIDS Community Information Outreach Projects 2009
Solicitation of quotations from organizations to design and conduct projects that will improve access to HIV/AIDS related health information for patients, the affected community, and their caregivers.

Intensive Capacity Building Services
Awards to primary medical care programs to build and support their capacity to serve HIV clients who are in medically underserved areas where there is a high risk of HIV infection.

National HIV Program/Office of Clinical Preventative Services
Funding to expand fiscal resources to increase the number of AI/AN with awareness of his/her HIV status.

Part C EIS: Categorical Grant Program to Provide Outpatient Early Intervention Services with Respect to HIV Disease
Funding to provide, on an ongoing outpatient basis, high quality early intervention services/primary care to individuals with HIV infection.

Part D: Grants for Coordinated HIV Services and Access to Research for Women, Infants, Children and Youth
Grants to provide family centered care involving outpatient or ambulatory care (directly or through contracts) for women, infants, children, and youth with HIV/AIDS.

Prevention and Support Services for Women Incarcerated or Newly Released Living With or at Risk for HIV/AIDS/STDs Program
Grants to increase health related support services available for HIV infected incarcerated and newly released women.

Ryan White Title II Formula Grants Program
Grants to assist States and Territories in developing and/or enhancing access to a continuum of care for persons with HIV/AIDS.

Straight Talk on Preventing HIV Program
Funding to develop gender- and age-specific HIV/AIDS prevention education that is culturally, spiritually, and linguistically appropriate for female teenagers at-risk for or living with HIV/AIDS.

Targeted Capacity Expansion Program for Substance Abuse Treatment and HIV/AIDS Services
Grants to enhance and expand substance abuse treatment, outreach and pretreatment services in conjunction with HIV/AIDS services in African American, Latino/Hispanic, and other racial or ethnic communities.
