Funding to develop gender- and age-specific HIV/AIDS prevention education that is culturally, spiritually, and linguistically appropriate for female teenagers at-risk for or living with HIV/AIDS.
Targeted Capacity Expansion Program for Substance Abuse Treatment and HIV/AIDS Services
Grants to enhance and expand substance abuse treatment, outreach and pretreatment services in conjunction with HIV/AIDS services in African American, Latino/Hispanic, and other racial or ethnic communities.
