The purpose of Project LAUNCH is to promote the wellness of young children, birth to 8 years of age.

Family Preservation - Improving the Well-Being of Children Project Planning
Promotes planning culturally competent strategies for strengthening families, fostering child well-being, healthy relationships and marriages and responsible fatherhood to preserve healthy families within the Native American and Pacific Basin Communities.

Family Professional Partnerships/CSHCN-Family Opportunity Act
Grants will fund state-wide, family-run centers providing information, education, technical assistance and peer support to families of Children with Special Health Care Needs.

Young Parents Demonstration Program (YPDP)
