The following are the terms and conditions that govern your use of RAC's RSS service. Your use of the RSS feeds on your web site constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. If you cannot agree to these terms, please do not use our RSS service. RAC reserves the right to require that you cease distributing RAC content if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Use of the RAC RSS feeds is limited to non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree to inform the Rural Assistance Center of your use of the RSS feeds on your web site.
• You agree to provide proper attribution and format whenever RAC content is posted on your web site.
• You agree not to associate any feeds from our RSS service with any content that may harm the reputation of the Rural Assistance Center, its staff, its partner organizations, or its funder.
• RAC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the RSS feeds at any time without prior notification.
• RAC RSS feeds may often contain links to information found on third party web sites. The RAC is not responsible for the availability of content on these external sites, nor does RAC endorse, warrant or guarantee the products, services or information described or offered at these other internet sites.
• RAC provides the RSS service "as is" and shall not be held liable for your use of the information, content, or material contained therein. The Rural Assistance Center does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the RSS service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will appear on the page. Continued use of the RSS feeds will constitute your acceptance of any revisions to these terms and conditions.
