Search Tips

Search for Resources

  • You will get better results if you use fewer search terms. If you need to include many different words in your search phrase, you may want to try the Fulltext Resource Search option.
  • It is a good idea to avoid using words like these as search terms, so you don't miss appropriate resources:
a, an, the, of, by, for, from, issues, opportunities, programs
  • Be cautious with the use of "rural" as a search term. Most of the resources listed on our site focus on rural, so you may get better results by focusing on your other search words and not including the word "rural" in your search.
  • Our website has limited information on specific counties and towns. For assistance finding statistics and other information about your community, please contact us at info@raconline.org or 800-270-1898 for customized assistance.
  • Results are sorted by relevancy, with the best matches appearing first. To sort results by title, please use the Advanced Resource Search.
