Family Professional Partnerships/CSHCN-Family Opportunity Act
Grants will fund state-wide, family-run centers providing information, education, technical assistance and peer support to families of Children with Special Health Care Needs.

Gannett Foundation Community Action Grants
Provides grants in communities where the Gannett Company has a presence.

H.W. Durham Foundation Grants
Makes grants to organizations that serve the elderly.

Heart Disease & Stroke Community Grants
The primary purpose of the program is to implement heart disease and stroke prevention interventions to reduce morbidity, mortality and related health disparities.

HIV Emergency Relief Project Grants for New Transitional Areas
Funds to provide direct financial assistance to transitional areas that have been severely affected by the HIV epidemic.

National Farmworker Jobs Program for Program Year 2009
Grants to assist eligible migrants and seasonal farmworkers and their families to prepare for jobs likely to provide stable, year-round employment both within and outside agriculture.

Rural People, Rural Policy Participation Request Statement Grant
