Colorado Rural Health Care Grant Program
Funding for projects that support Colorado’s rural health infrastructure and strengthen the capacity of rural entities to provide primary care services.

Colorado Rural Outreach Program (CROP)
Grants to strengthen the ability of Colorado's rural communities to recruit and retain healthcare workers.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Provider Grants Program
Supports Colorado EMS agencies with patient care and transportation services.

Gannett Foundation Community Action Grants
Provides grants in communities where the Gannett Company has a presence.

Helen K. and Arthur E. Johnson Foundation
Supports grants for community and social services, youth, health, seniors, education and civic and culture.

High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health and Safety Feasibility Projects
