Grants to assist communities in building sustainable capacity to provide for improved community interventions and services addressing issues of illegal drugs and prescription drug abuse.
Kentucky State Loan Repayment Program
To increase the availability of primary health services through repayment of education loans of health professionals in return for a minimum two-year practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area.
Sustainable Community Innovation Grants Program
Funds projects that work to strengthen both agriculture and Southern communities by building explicit linkages between sustainable agriculture and rural community development.
