The funding programs listed below are not currently accepting applications. Programs that are inactive may be offered again in the future.

2009 Family Planning Services (Region 8 - North Dakota and Utah)
Funding to establish and operate voluntary family planning services projects, which shall provide family planning services to all persons desiring such services, with priority for services to persons from low-income families.

2010 Utah EMS Competitive Grants Program
Competitive grants program for the purpose of improving the statewide delivery of emergency medical services.

Gannett Foundation Community Action Grants
Provides grants in communities where the Gannett Company has a presence.

High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health and Safety Feasibility Projects
Grants to encourage new and innovative projects in prevention/intervention, education and outreach, and research in areas outlined in the National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA).

Senior Medicare Patrol Projects
Grants for model projects that demonstrate effective ways of utilizing retired persons as volunteer expert resources and educators in community efforts to combat health care error, fraud and abuse in the Medicare/Medicaid programs.

Sojourns Pathway Program: Hospital-Based Palliative Care Planning Grants
Comprehensive support including funding and best-practices training and mentoring to nonprofit and public hospitals and partnering community-based organizations interested in developing, implementing and enhancing palliative care services.

State Primary Care Grants Program for Medically Underserved Populations
Grant program that supports access to health care, by assisting public and non-profit entities with the cost of providing primary care services to medically underserved populations.
