Appalachian Community Fund General Program
Grants are given to community-based organizations that address underlying causes of the economic and social distress to the Central region of Appalachia.

Appalachian Regional Commission Substance Abuse Grants
Grants to assist communities in building sustainable capacity to provide for improved community interventions and services addressing issues of illegal drugs and prescription drug abuse.

Family Professional Partnerships/CSHCN-Family Opportunity Act
Grants will fund state-wide, family-run centers providing information, education, technical assistance and peer support to families of Children with Special Health Care Needs.

Rural People, Rural Policy Participation Request Statement Grant
A multi-year national initiative that energizes and equips rural organizations and networks to shape policy that will improve the lives of rural people and the vitality of rural communities.

Service Area Competitions-Additional Areas
Grants to continue to support comprehensive primary and preventive health care service delivery to areas where the existing section 330 grantee's continuation application was not approved.
