Supports communities in creating local investment systems that are equitable and effective with a focus on affordable housing, climate, shared ownership, racial equity, community health, and philanthropy. Uses the Capital Absorption Framework to encourage defining priorities, collaboration, and developing adaptive leadership skills with racial equity as the goal.

Center for Economic Analysis of Rural Health (CEARH)
Provides tools and research for rural communities to explore the connection between healthcare services and the economy in their community. Organization is comprised of University of Kentucky and Oklahoma State University faculty and staff associated with the Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky (CEDIK).

Economic Development Administration (EDA)
Federal agency that supports industrial and commercial growth in economically distressed rural and urban areas of the United States. Part of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Offers funding for regional economic development, including public works projects and job creation projects. Past projects have included funding for water and wastewater projects in hospitals and healthcare facilities, and road infrastructure projects that would support the expansion of healthcare facilities.

National Cooperative of Health Networks Association (NCHN)
A national nonprofit organization of health networks, alliances, and consortiums. Supports and strengthens these organizations through collaboration, networking, leadership development, and education. NCHN's membership includes approximately 60 network organizations across the nation.

The National Rural Water Association is a non-profit federation of State Rural Water Associations. Their mission is to provide support services to our State Associations who have more than 31,000 water and wastewater systems as members.

Serves as the national association of State Rural Development Councils (SRDCs). Operates in 37 states.
