The Colorado Rural Health Excellence Award recognizes individuals who have made notable contributions to health, healthcare, or a healthcare delivery system in rural Colorado.
Healthcare providers, board members, administrators, volunteers, and others who have impacted rural health are eligible for nomination.
This award is honorary. The award will be presented during the Annual Rural Health Conference on October 20 - 22.
