Otto Bremer Trust Community Responsive Fund
Grants to local nonprofit organizations in North Dakota focused on the areas of basic needs, community asset building, health and wellbeing, and restorative and responsive services.

National Network of Libraries of Medicine Region 2 Grants
Funding for projects in Region 2 (southern U.S.) that improve health literacy; increase the ability of the general public to find and use health information; and improve health professionals' access to, awareness of, and skills for locating high quality biomedical and health information.

Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program
Grants to develop sustainable, multidisciplinary targeted violence and terrorism prevention capabilities in local communities, to pilot innovative prevention approaches, and to identify prevention best practices that can be replicated in communities across the country. Projects should bring together mental health providers, educators, faith leaders, public health officials, social services, nonprofits, and other stakeholders. Rural communities and other underserved populations are considered a program priority.

Social and Economic Development Strategies for Alaska (SEDS-AK)
Support for village-specific projects to improve and strengthen the administrative and management capacity of Alaska Native tribal governments, which are central to social and economic self-sufficiency in Alaska.

Social and Economic Development Strategies Program (SEDS)
Grants for tribal community-based organizations, tribes, and village governments for social and economic infrastructure development. The program is focused on community-driven projects designed to grow local economies, support local businesses, strengthen families, preserve Native cultures, and increase social development and infrastructure in Native American communities.

Delta Regional Authority States Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP)
Grants to help Delta communities create jobs and improve infrastructure. Funds may be used for basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, broadband, and business development including entrepreneurship and workforce training.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Social, Behavioral, and Economic Impact of COVID-19 in Underserved and Vulnerable Populations
Notice of Special Interest for research in understanding the response to the COVID-19 pandemic to help prepare more effectively for future public health emergencies. Populations that experience health disparities are a particular focus.

National Association of Realtors Rural Outreach Grant
Grants for state and local realtor association initiatives on a wide range of rural issues such broadband, well and septic, open space preservation, environmental standards, disaster prevention and recovery, and planning and zoning issues. Rural providers, facilities, and programs could approach local realtor associations with potential projects.

Long-Term Effects of Disasters on Health Care Systems Serving Health Disparity Populations (R01- Clinical Trial Optional)
Grants for research focused on understanding the long-term effects of natural and/or human-made disasters on healthcare systems serving health disparity populations. Health disparity populations include, but are not limited to, American Indians, Alaska Natives, and underserved rural populations.
