Purpose

The NOSORH Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Mock Survey Masterclass is a course for staff of State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) and other technical assistance providers that support for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) certified RHCs.

Participants in the course will receive:

  • Step-by-step instructions to complete a full mock survey
  • Tools, templates, and tips for application of knowledge
  • Office hours to allow participants to get additional guidance after completing one or more RHC mock surveys

Schedule:
(All sessions are 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Eastern.)

  • December 5, 2023
    Pre-survey prep
    Walk-through of all pre-survey checklist items
  • December 7, 2023
    Onsite survey part 1
    Full walk-through of the survey process
  • December 18, 2023
    Onsite survey part 2
    Full walk-through of the survey process continued
  • December 20, 2023
    Post-survey document write-up
    CMS forms with examples of proper deficiency write-ups
Eligibility

The course is designed for SORH staff and other technical assistance providers that work with SORHs and RHCs.

The registration cost is $500 per person.
