Luce Indigenous Knowledge Fellowship
A self-directed fellowship for Native Americans engaged in meaningful work that benefits Indigenous people and communities in reservation and/or urban settings. The fellowship is open to both emerging and experienced leaders from a wide variety of fields, including but not limited to healthcare, agriculture, food systems, youth leadership development, natural resource management, climate change, economic development, journalism, language and cultural revitalization, and traditional or contemporary arts.

Wy'east Post-Baccalaureate Pathway Program
A 10-month educational program in Portland, Oregon for American Indian and Alaska native post-baccalaureate students who were not accepted to medical school or did not get a qualifying MCAT score. Upon successful completion of the program, participants can gain guaranteed or conditional acceptance into Oregon Health and Science University, Washington State University, and/or University of California Davis Schools of Medicine.

Strong African American Families Program (SAAF) Facilitator Training
Training for individuals to become facilitators certified to conduct the Strong African American Families (SAAF) or Strong African American Families – Teen (SAAF-T) programs.

Social and Economic Development Strategies for Alaska (SEDS-AK)
Support for village-specific projects to improve and strengthen the administrative and management capacity of Alaska Native tribal governments, which are central to social and economic self-sufficiency in Alaska.

Social and Economic Development Strategies Program (SEDS)
Grants for tribal community-based organizations, tribes, and village governments for social and economic infrastructure development. The program is focused on community-driven projects designed to grow local economies, support local businesses, strengthen families, preserve Native cultures, and increase social development and infrastructure in Native American communities.

Appalachian Community Fund General Fund
Grants to community-based organizations that address underlying causes of the economic and social distress, poverty, and oppression in the Central region of Appalachia.

Minnesota Rural and Underserved Clinical Rotation Grant Program
Grants to health professional training sites to add rural and underserved rotations or clinical training experiences, such as credential or certificate rural tracks or other specialized training, to existing clinical training programs.

The PATIENTS Professors Academy
A 5-week online training program that prepares participants to learn about patient-centered practices within their work and communities. It is an opportunity to interact with and learn from a diverse population about how to engage communities in research. A focus is on populations most impacted by health inequity.

Culture of Health Prize
Awards to honor collaborative, community-based efforts that address systemic barriers to health and well-being and help communities achieve health equity and create a culture of health for all community members.

Minority Research Grant Program
Grants to to encourage innovative health services research that can directly contribute to the improvement of health outcomes for people from all minority populations, which includes racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with limited English proficiency, rural populations, and individuals adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.
